We’re crafting even more deliciousness this week for our main menu with our new BBQ Jackfruit Tacos: two flour tortillas filled with jackfruit slathered with our housemade Maple Bourbon BBQ Sauce and topped with fresh pico de gallo, simple slaw, garlic aioli, and smashed avocado. This week's MMMBop-Tart is a throwback to an old fave, Blackberry & Blueberry with lemon icing. And we stocked more of your favorite Cottontail flavors.

If you haven't yet, check out our whole new Prepared Foods Menu featuring heat ’n eat meals that are quick, delicious and 100% plant-based. We just added a Pesto Meatball Lasagna this week. All meals can remain chilled for a week or frozen for a month and include heating instructions. These will be available for pick-up during our regular hours. So grab a Bunny Mak and Fries for dinner that night and pick-up a fresh lasagna for lunch or dinner later in the week. And stay tuned since we’ll be adding this menu to the WhatsGood app which will be available for delivery and pick-up throughout Rhode Island. More on that later.

We’re brunch’n hard this week!

Find the Bunny Mobile in our usual spot behind Hope & Main with our regular menu this Friday, 1/15, from 4-7 PM. Then we're back with brunch at Hope & Main this Sunday, 1/17, from 10 AM to 2 PM. Our regular menu is only available on Friday and items like the Bunny Mak won't be available during brunch on Sunday.

For brunch, we’ve come up with a Bagel & Lox dish featuring house-smoked “salmon”, cashew cream cheeze, capers, red onions, tomato, cucumber, fresh dill, and microgreens on a toasted plain bagel. We also have new Strawberry Pancakes with warm strawberries compote, fresh bananas, and kiwi, and topped with granola, and maple syrup.

We’ve been creating even more deliciousness like our new Chipotle Cheezesteak: seasoned Impossible beef grilled with peppers, onions, mushrooms and layered with carrot and cashew queso, avocado, tomatoes, and candied jalapeno's from Backyard Foods. This week's MMMBop Tart is a Chocolate Brownie with passion fruit icing.

And we’re debuting a new rice bowl, Korean Ooo-mami: Gochujang spiced tofu on a bed of brown rice with garlicky kale, avocado, vegan kimchi from CHI Kitchens, green onions, black sesame seeds, microgreens, sweet ginger soy dressing, and garlic aioli. For this week's MMMBop-Tarts we’re bringing back the classic Apple Pie and adding an Apple Cranberry version as well. We’re also bringing back classic Cottontail flavors like Vanilla, Chocolate, Peanut Butter, and Passion Fruit (winner of Rhode Island Vegan Chef Takeout Challenge).

Then we're back at one of our favorite spots Proclamation Ale this Saturday, 12/19, from 12 to 4 PM. Since we're in the middle of the Holiday season, we came up with new Holiday inspired pop-tart and cottontail flavors that'll debut each week. This week's MMMBop-Tart is Holiday Berry with orange icing. And for the Cottontail this week we have Mint Chocolate and Snowball. If you've missed meatballs as much as we have then you'll love this week's Impossible Meatball Sub special made with our homemade marinara sauce, grilled onions and peppers, topped with vegan parm and fresh parsley on a local toasted hoagie roll. This is our last week cooking up the regular menu before we take a break for the Holidays so get your Bunny fix in now.

This is also the last week we're taking Holiday orders for delicious treat platters including Holiday inspired flavors for MMMBop-tart platters and Cottontails or our Deviled "Eggs" that you just have to try. Our new Christmas Roast is the ultimate in juicy seitan with sweet and savory notes of apple, cranberry, apricots, and an apple cider glaze. And of course, we still have some faves like our Charcuterie Board and Scalloped Potatoes. Pick-ups will be on Christmas Eve, (Thursday, 12/24), from 10 AM to 2 PM at Hope & Main, 691 Main Street in Warren. The cut-off for ordering is this Saturday, 12/19.

We’re celebrating the Holidays with a feast like none other. Complete with a tender, juicy seitan roast and all the sides. It was such a big hit at Thanksgiving we’re bringing back favorites like the Charcuterie Board to kick off your Holiday dinner Bunny style. This time we’re switching it up by adding vegan Deviled “Eggs” and a new seitan roast with sweet and savory notes of apple, cranberry, apricot and an apple cider glaze. Finish it off with Holiday inspired MMMBop-tarts and Cottontails for dessert. Everything is fully cooked and comes chilled so all you have to do is heat it up and enjoy. Pick-ups will be on Christmas Eve, (Thursday, 12/24), from 10 AM to 2 PM at Hope & Main, 691 Main Street in Warren. Cut-off for ordering will be on Saturday, 12/19.
