We’re crafting even more deliciousness this week for our main menu with our new BBQ Jackfruit Tacos: two flour tortillas filled with jackfruit slathered with our housemade Maple Bourbon BBQ Sauce and topped with fresh pico de gallo, simple slaw, garlic aioli, and smashed avocado. This week's MMMBop-Tart is a throwback to an old fave, Blackberry & Blueberry with lemon icing. And we stocked more of your favorite Cottontail flavors.

If you haven't yet, check out our whole new Prepared Foods Menu featuring heat ’n eat meals that are quick, delicious and 100% plant-based. We just added a Pesto Meatball Lasagna this week. All meals can remain chilled for a week or frozen for a month and include heating instructions. These will be available for pick-up during our regular hours. So grab a Bunny Mak and Fries for dinner that night and pick-up a fresh lasagna for lunch or dinner later in the week. And stay tuned since we’ll be adding this menu to the WhatsGood app which will be available for delivery and pick-up throughout Rhode Island. More on that later.

Find the Bunny Mobile in our usual spot behind Hope & Main with our regular menu this Friday, 12/18, from 4-7 PM. Then we're back at one of our favorite spots Proclamation Ale this Saturday, 12/19, from 12 to 4 PM. Since we're in the middle of the Holiday season, we came up with new Holiday inspired pop-tart and cottontail flavors that'll debut each week. This week's MMMBop-Tart is Holiday Berry with orange icing. And for the Cottontail this week we have Mint Chocolate and Snowball. If you've missed meatballs as much as we have then you'll love this week's Impossible Meatball Sub special made with our homemade marinara sauce, grilled onions and peppers, topped with vegan parm and fresh parsley on a local toasted hoagie roll. This is our last week cooking up the regular menu before we take a break for the Holidays so get your Bunny fix in now.

This is also the last week we're taking Holiday orders for delicious treat platters including Holiday inspired flavors for MMMBop-tart platters and Cottontails or our Deviled "Eggs" that you just have to try. Our new Christmas Roast is the ultimate in juicy seitan with sweet and savory notes of apple, cranberry, apricots, and an apple cider glaze. And of course, we still have some faves like our Charcuterie Board and Scalloped Potatoes. Pick-ups will be on Christmas Eve, (Thursday, 12/24), from 10 AM to 2 PM at Hope & Main, 691 Main Street in Warren. The cut-off for ordering is this Saturday, 12/19.

Apple Picking Season Is Here 🍎

Nothing beats visiting an apple orchard this time of year and leaving with a basket overflowing with delicious varieties of apples. Not to mention the cider and donuts they usually offer. We’re working on several fall flavors for our menu, but since it’s apple picking season we decided to make Apple Strudel MMBop-tarts with our recent haul. Apple cinnamon filled pop-tart topped with vanilla icing, strudel crumbles, and caramel drizzle.

We’re also cooking up Impossible Cheezesteaks and back for most likely the last time this season are our popular Clam Cakes.

Impossible Bunny Cheezesteak: Seasoned Impossible grounds grilled with onions, peppers, mushrooms, and topped with our cashew and carrot nacho cheeze sauce and finished with our maple bourbon BBQ sauce and vegan ranch on your choice of a local hoagie roll or on top of fries for a gluten free version.

Clam Cakes: Your Rhody favorite summertime snack. Beer batter clam cakes using 'Gansett, oyster mushrooms and kelp granules and finished with North Atlantic sea salt for a salty fried deliciousness. Served with a side of vegan tarter sauce.

We're back at Proclamation Ale, 298 Kilvert Street in Warwick, from 12 - 4 PM this Saturday, 8/1, and this time we're bringing the Bunny Mobile. So we'll be cooking up our full regular menu and bringing some new specials just for this. Pre-orders are now live and can place your order at the button below. We’ll also be in our usual spot behind Hope & Main this Friday, 7/31, from 4-8 PM. Pictured above is our newest creation of a classic - Hunny Mustard Chicky Wrap. It’s our popular fried chicky seitan with our housemade Hunny mustard sauce (the same one you get with the Bunny Tots and Onion Rings), cashew nacho cheese, lettuce, tomato, hemp hearts, and wrapped in a flour tortilla. The MMMBop-Tart Flavor of the Week is a chocolate brownie stuffing with vanilla icing and naturally colored sprinkles. All plant-based, all the time, and all delicious.
