We’re back at 2 of our favorite spots this week. We’ll be set up behind Hope & Main this Friday and taking online orders. Walk-ups are welcome too of course. Then on Saturday, we’re at Proclamation Ale in Warwick pairing plant-based comforts with their delicious craft beers. Walk-ups only at Proc so come visit us in the taproom and say hi. Spicy lovers rejoice cuz we got 2 specials that bring the fire this week. Enjoy Buffalo Blue Burgers and Bravas Fries inspired by our Portuguese heritage. More on those below!

Buffalo Blue Burger - Seasoned Impossible patty smashed and grilled then topped with melted cheeze, handcrafted onion rings, lettuce, tomato, vegan blue cheeze crumbles, and smothered in buffalo sauce and housemade vegan blue cheeze sauce on a toasted brioche bun.

Bunny Bravas Fries - Our hand-cut fries topped with our housemade chourico-style seitan and peppers then smothered in garlic and chipotle aioli. 

Apple Berry MMMBop-Tart - Apple and mixed berry filled pop-tart with vanilla icing and strudel topping.

This week marks 2 years of dishing out all your favorite foods made from plants. We’re celebrating at both our OG spot behind Hope & Main and then hitting up ‘Gansett. We’ll be giving out free chocolate chip cookies to honor this occasion with your order. But get it early since we’ll only bake a limited amount and they won’t last long. And since we’re back at ‘Gansett we’ll also be making a beer cheese burger with their famous lager. 

BBQ Beer Cheezeburger - Seasoned Impossible patty smashed and grilled then topped with melted cheeze, handcrafted onion rings, pickled jalapeno’s, housemade bourbon brown sugar BBQ sauce, lettuce, tomato, and gooey‘Gansett beer cheeze.

Since everyone loved the dogs this past weekend, we’re keeping them on the menu for Friday night at Hope & Main. We’ll also have our online ordering on for Friday night. Then Pivotal is throwing a Mardi Gras style party this Saturday so we’ll be cooking up Chicky Po’ Boys with our handcrafted crispy chicky seitan. Pivotal's not only brand new and our first time there, but they're going to be our neighbor at our permanent home at Unity Park in Bristol!

Classic Dogs - Handcrafted seitan hot dogs with housemade sweet relish, minced onions, yellow mustard, green onions, and crushed potato chips on a warm brioche hot dog roll. (Friday only)

We’ve developed a prepared foods menu exclusively for this that started with our Roasted Butternut Squash Lasagna and expanding with a gluten-free version as well as a Pesto Meatball Lasagna with our Impossible Meatballs. We also included a few favorites from the Bunny Mobile including Chipotle Sweet Potato Chili, Baked Mac ‘N Cheeze, Chimichurri Cauliflower Burrito Bowl, and Korean OOO-Mami Bowl. We’ll be adding new items often and have some fantastic recipes that we can’t wait to share with you all.

We even have a Charcuterie Board that’ll kick off your Christmas dinner Bunny style. Finish it off with a homemade Chocolate Pie made with the finest Belgian chocolate for dessert. Everything comes chilled with instructions so all you have to do is heat it up and enjoy. Pick-ups will be on Thursday, 12/23, from 4 PM to 7 PM at Hope & Main, 691 Main Street in Warren. Cut-off for ordering will be on Saturday, 12/18.

Grilled and seasoned Impossible burger topped with melted vegan cheeze, our housemade Pineapple Bourbon BBQ sauce, lettuce, tomato, and onion rings on a toasted aloha brioche bun. Pair that with our Bacon & Beer Cheeze Fries. Handcut fries topped with house-made beer cheese, crumbly tempeh bacon, and green onions. Then our MMMBop-Tart this week is the OG Blueberry. Blueberry filled pop-tart with blueberry icing and rainbow sprinkles.
