We’re rolling into Food Truck Friday this week with a few new specials. Then we’re back with our besties at Proc on Saturday. Check out the specials below and come enjoy them with some delicious craft beers!

🌱Carolina BBQ Chicky - Our handcrafted crispy chicky seitan smothered in our housemade Carolina BBQ sauce and topped with creamy slaw and pickles on a toasted brioche roll. 

🌱Summer Elote Burger  - Smashed Impossible burger seasoned and grilled then topped with melted cheeze, local grilled street corn from Four Town Farm, lettuce, tomato, vegan parm sprinkles, house pickled red onions, house chipotle aioli, and house avo crema on a toasted brioche roll. 

🌱Churro MMMBop-Tart - Cinnamon sugar cookie stuffed pop-tart dusted with cinnamon sugar and topped with vanilla icing and chocolate drizzle.

This Friday, kick off the weekend at one of our fave spots, ‘Gansett. Nothing better than hot dogs, clam cakes, and ice-cold ‘Gansett on a Friday night. We’re keeping the dogs around for one more week and to follow it all up we’re baking more S’mores MMMBop-Tarts. So don’t miss these. More on the specials below.

🌱Bunny Franks - Choose either classic or elote style. 

Classic - Handcrafted seitan hot dogs with housemade sweet relish, minced onions, yellow mustard, green onions, and crushed potato chips on a warm brioche hot dog roll.

Elote - Handcrafted Seitan hot dogs topped with roasted street corn, Follow Your Heart parm, green onions, cilantro, and housemade chipotle aioli. 

🌱Clam Cakes - Your Rhody favorite summertime snack. Beer batter clam cakes using local craft beer, oyster mushrooms and kelp granules and finished with North Atlantic sea salt for a salty fried deliciousness. Served with a side of vegan tartar sauce.

🌱S’Mores MMMBop-Tart - Chocolate chunk brownie filled pop-tart with marshmallow icing, graham cracker crumbles, and mini vegan marshmallows.

If that’s not enough, we’re also at New England VegFest this Sunday in Worcester.  We’re keeping some old favorites around for the specials this week including Southwestern Egg Rolls just for VegFest. Then on Saturday, we’re heading back to another one of our fave spots, Proclamation Ale. Come visit us and enjoy some of Proc’s delicious craft beers with your food. We’re switching things up with 2 brand new specials this week plus Blueberry Strudel MMMBop-Tarts make a return. And it looks like the mocktails from Kristi’s Kraftails are here to stay.
