We’ve developed a prepared foods menu exclusively for this that started with our Roasted Butternut Squash Lasagna and expanding with a gluten-free version as well as a Pesto Meatball Lasagna with our Impossible Meatballs. We also included a few favorites from the Bunny Mobile including Chipotle Sweet Potato Chili, Baked Mac ‘N Cheeze, Chimichurri Cauliflower Burrito Bowl, and Korean OOO-Mami Bowl. We’ll be adding new items often and have some fantastic recipes that we can’t wait to share with you all.

Pesto Meatball Lasagna: Baked lasagna layers with Impossible meatballs, creamy tofu spinach ricotta, homemade tomato sauce, and topped with housemade cashew mozzarella, vegan parmesan cheeze, and pesto.

Introducing the Bacon Cheddar Cheezesteak loaded with seasoned Impossible beef grilled with onions, peppers, mushrooms on a toasted hoagie roll with our cashew cheeze sauce, melted vegan cheddar, smoky tempeh bacon, banana peppers, Backyard Food's pickles, and garlic aioli. Then the Bunny Stack BBQ Smokehouse burger is back for a limited time. Because you’ll want to follow all that up with something sweet, we're also baking more cakes. This means we’re bringing you even more Cottontails including a new flavor, Peanut Butter Blondie - peanut butter blonde cake wrapped in vegan white chocolate and vanilla cookie crumbles. We're back at Hope & Main's Schoolyard Market, from 4-7 PM this Wednesday, 9/2, and we’ll be in our usual spot behind Hope & Main this Friday, 9/4, from 4-7:30 PM. This time we have a few new specials including fish tacos and fries. Our fish tacos are filled with our crispy panko battered tofu wrapped in nori and topped with hand-cut fries, vegan tartar sauce, slaw, chives, and microgreens. We're calling them New England Fish & Chips Tacos. We went even further with our new fries by making cheezy fries and nacho fries that are similar to our totchos. This week's MMMBop-Tart flavor is blueberry and blackberry with lemon icing and candied lemon peels.
