We’re using a new online ordering system for safe curbside pick-up of all your favorite foods made from plants. If you’re in the East Bay area of Rhode Island then this is great news for you since we’ll be cooking from our new trailer in the back parking lot of Hope & Main located at 691 Main Street in Warren, RI. Just come to the back parking lot, give us a call and we’ll bring your food to you. Follow the smell of deliciousness and look for the white trailer.

We’ll start with limited hours shown below, but it may change week to week based on availability. You can even pre-order your food and select a specific pick-up time during our open hours. Pre-ordering is highly encouraged to guarantee availability since we do anticipate selling out each week. Click the button below to view the to-go menu and place your order.

We’re also offering delivery through Doordash so we can expand our reach. Click here to view our menu there and learn about their free delivery promos they’re offering right now.

Hours:

Wednesdays to Fridays: 4-7:30 PM

Saturdays: 12 - 3 PM

* Please know that if demand is high during specific hours we may have to change pick-up times to ensure we’re all practicing safe social distancing and other guidelines outlined by the CDC.

Let's Talk About Microgreens

Part 3 of 3: Experience Their Versatility

Time for something extra cozy. My third recipe using a blend of Sprout Organic Farms’ Microgreens I wanted to make something truly crave-able. I’m notorious for buying kitchen gadgets when I know I want them but then never use them for months. My bamboo steam basket is the perfect example of this. After going on an accidental dumpling tour the last few months of travel I decided now was the time to put it to good use. These little dumplings are stuffed with a blend of veggies including fresh zucchini and shiitakes in a warm coconut curry broth. These little guys have become a favorite of mine and I hope you get a chance to make them and love them as much as I do. This recipe makes plenty of dumplings to share or you can even freeze for later use.

Part 1 of 3: What Are They And What Should You Use Them For?

Microgreens. We’ve seen them, eaten them and maybe even purchased them to create the finishing touch on a home-cooked meal. I recently had the privilege to visit Rhode Island’s very own Sprout Organic Microgreens Farm. This small but mighty farm is home to warm welcoming owners and staff. They pride themselves to grow and distribute the highest quality of organic microgreens. They currently grow over 80 varieties of these delicious nutrient-packed plants.

These Decadent Blueberry Muffins Are To Die For

These Decadent Blueberry Muffins Are To Die For

Every summer I look forward to visiting one of my favorite spots in New England, Monadnock Berries. This magical place is located in Troy New Hampshire about 20mins from where I grew up. Somehow I didn’t discover this place until my late 20’s. It’s storybook scenery consisting of a farmhouse originally built in 1770 and endless fields of blueberries dating back between 1978-1985. Plus they have some bunnies and goats that I encourage you to say hello to. Oh yeah did I mention it has the most perfect view of Mount Monadnock? The images really don’t do this place justice.

What To Make After Picking 10lbs Of Fresh Strawberries

What To Make After Picking 10lbs Of Fresh Strawberries

Pick-Your-Own season is here and I couldn’t be more excited.

Plus my strawberry pie recipe that’s to-die-for.

During the early summer season, I love picking my own strawberries. That smell of strawberry fields on a warm summer morning is so calming to me. It gives you a moment to just sit back relax and enjoy something so simple in life.
