Because there’s always room on the grill for meat made from plants, we’re switching things up this week. Proclamation is kind enough to have us pop-up at their location and we couldn’t think of a better food to go with their beer than sausages. So we came up with a grill ready meal kit featuring our delicious chorizo-style seitan sausage made in house from scratch. The kit will include everything you need to make a cook-out at home including sliced onions and peppers, and fresh local torpedo rolls. Then choose sides and sauces to go with it.
