Winter Launch Menu

After months of testing and tweaking recipes, I’m finally ready to reveal our launch menu. If you have tickets for VegFest RI on February 23rd, then stop by our booth and try some of these goodies. And if not, then follow along for our next event since I’m working on so many great events this year. Scroll below to see the full menu and I hope you’re hungry. 

Bowls

You Don’t Win Friends With Salad - Bourbon Pineapple BBQ Jackfruit, Brown Rice, Garlicky Kale, Shredded cabbage/carrots slaw, black beans, pickled onions, pickled jalapenos, tortilla chips, cilantro microgreens, avocado cashew crema (GF, SF)

Oooo-mami - Marinated Tofu, Brown Rice, garlicky kale, sweet and spicy pickled veggies, avocado, green onions, black sesame seeds, microgreens, sweet and spicy thai chili sauce (NF, GF)

Chipotle Sweet Potato Chili with vegan sour cream and chives (GF, SF) 

Burgers and Sandwiches

Bunny Mak - Two housemade bean and mushroom patties, lettuce, caramelized onions, pickles, vegan cheddar cheese, fancy sauce on a double-decker bun (NF, SF)

Philly Bunny - Thinly sliced spiced seitan, grilled peppers, onions, cashew cheeze sauce on an Italian sub roll. (SF)

Housemade Tater Tots

Bunny Tots (GF, SF, NF) - Housemade Tater Tots topped with chives served with a side of ketchup and hunny mustard

Cheezy Bunny Tots (GF, SF) - Housemade Tater Tots topped with our cashew nacho cheeze, pickled onions, chives, microgreens 

Bunny Totchos (GF, SF) - Bowl of housemade tater tots layered with our cashew nacho cheeze, Bourbon Pineapple BBQ Jackfruit, chipotle chili, pickled jalapeno, pickled onions, chives, microgreens, Avocado Cashew Crema

We source local, non-GMO, and organic ingredients whenever possible.
