We’re heading to Proc this Saturday for the Good Trade Mini-Mart. Several artisan makers will be there to vend their wares, crafts, and other fine goods. This will be our last time at Proc for a few weeks as we prepare to open our new restaurant in Bristol, stay tuned for that announcement. So stop by and enjoy some eats with Proc’s delicious craft beers while you shop the market. And since it might be a bit before we’re back at Proc, we decided to run the greatest hits as specials this week. More on those below.

🌱Firecracker Chicky - Our handcrafted crispy chicky seitan smothered in our housemade Firecracker sauce (think sweet heat) topped with mango slaw, pickled jalapenos, and vegan mayo on a toasted brioche roll.

🌱Impossible Bunny Cheezesteaks - Seasoned Impossible grounds grilled with onions, peppers, and topped with our cashew and carrot nacho cheeze sauce, and finished with our bourbon brown sugar BBQ sauce and vegan ranch on a local hoagie roll.

🌱Bunny Wings - Our handcrafted crispy chicky seitan tendies smothered if your choice of buffalo with a side of ranch, hunny mustard, or plain with a dipping sauce of your choice as well.

🌱Old Bay Fries - Our hand-cut fries are dusted with Old Bay seasoning with a side of garlic aioli for dipping.
