We’re back at Food Truck Friday at Roger William’s Park Carousel Village. Come on by and start the weekend off right. Then on Saturday, we’re with our BFFs at Proc. If that’s not enough, we’re also bringing back some old favorites for the specials this week. Plus, it looks like Ceviche will stick around for one more week. More on those below. 

🌱Jalapeno Hopper - Seasoned Impossible burger patty topped with melted cheeze, our housemade cashew nacho cheeze, pickled jalapeno, crispy onions, lettuce, tomato, and housemade ranch on a toasted Aloha brioche roll. 

🌱Bacon Cheddar Cheezesteak - Seasoned Impossible beef grilled with onions and peppers on a toasted hoagie roll with our carrot cashew cheese sauce, melted vegan cheddar, smoky tempeh bacon, banana peppers, housemade pickles, and garlic aioli. 

🌱Ceviche - Refreshing hearts of palm ceviche marinated with lime juice, red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro with mango, avocado, chipotle drizzle, and our own tortilla chips for dipping.

🌱Blueberry MMMBop-Tart - Blueberry-filled pop-tart with dragonfruit icing and naturally colored sprinkles. 

🌱Fierce AF - Dragon Fruit Mint mocktail.
