Veganuary Continues With Brunch 🥑
We’re brunch’n hard this week!
Find the Bunny Mobile in our usual spot behind Hope & Main with our regular menu this Friday, 1/15, from 4-7 PM. Then we're back with brunch at Hope & Main this Sunday, 1/17, from 10 AM to 2 PM. Our regular menu is only available on Friday and items like the Bunny Mak won't be available during brunch on Sunday.
For brunch, we’ve come up with a Bagel & Lox dish featuring house-smoked “salmon”, cashew cream cheeze, capers, red onions, tomato, cucumber, fresh dill, and microgreens on a toasted plain bagel. We also have new Strawberry Pancakes with warm strawberries compote, fresh bananas, and kiwi, and topped with granola, and maple syrup.
We’ve been creating even more deliciousness like our new Chipotle Cheezesteak: seasoned Impossible beef grilled with peppers, onions, mushrooms and layered with carrot and cashew queso, avocado, tomatoes, and candied jalapeno's from Backyard Foods. This week's MMMBop Tart is a Chocolate Brownie with passion fruit icing.
If you haven’t yet, check out our whole new Prepared Foods Menu featuring heat ’n eat meals that are quick, delicious, and 100% plant-based. We're making more Roasted Butternut Squash Lasagnas and adding Baked Mac 'N Cheeze this week. All meals can remain chilled for a week or frozen for a month and include heating instructions. These will be available for pick-up during our regular hours. So grab a Bunny Mak and Fries for dinner that night and pick-up a fresh Mac ‘N Cheeze for lunch or dinner later in the week.
